Navigating Life's Challenges Together: Your Path to Wellness Starts Here

Home: Welcome

Mindfulness is simply being aware of what is happening right now without wishing it were different; enjoying the pleasant without holding on when it changes (which it will); being with the unpleasant without fearing it will always be this way (which it won't).

Hi, I'm Leslie!

I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT #126302) who has a passion for supporting folks who are navigating anxiety, personal growth, relationship issues and trauma. I am dedicated and compassionate towards helping individuals navigate the challenges they face.

I work with individuals all over the Bay Area from San Francisco, Oakland, Alameda, Menlo Park, Palo Alto, Cupertino, San Jose, Campbell, and Santa Cruz. I also provide online therapy for those located in California.

Life's journey can be filled with both joy and hardship, and I am committed to fostering a safe and warm environment where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and concerns in which you can be supported in your efforts to heal, grow, become a healthier person and have healthy relationships. My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and respect for your unique experiences. I believe your life story is valuable and deserving of understanding. Together we can work through your fear, anxiety, pain, and sadness. You'll harness newfound internal insight to reshape your understanding of yourself, gain tools to cope with challenging moments, heal emotional wounds and shift unhealthy relationship patterns or behaviors. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, relationship issues, or simply seeking personal growth, I'm here to offer guidance and support.

I understand that there is no single approach that will apply to everyone and for this reason I utilize various treatment modalities. Through the use of various psychotherapy methods and collaborative treatment measures, you can develop life-changing habits to help cope with any of life’s various challenges. Therapy sessions with me are designed to dissect personal issues, gain insight and provide you with effective tools to help you navigate personal challenges and heal. Call me at (408) 915-7566 for a free 15-minute phone call to see if we’re a good fit to work together.

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
